Renfrew Home Hardware Building Centre makes every effort to carry the products you need. Whatever we don't have in stock,
we will be more than happy to special order for you wherever possible. If any item fails to please, please note the following return policies:

Catalogue Item Returns

We will gladly accept for return catalogue items purchased at any Home Hardware store for refund, exchange or repair on the manufacturers instructions. Simply return the product to us within 30 days in its original condition accompanied by the receipt.

Store Item Returns

We will gladly accept any regularly stocked store merchandise purchased at our store for refund, or exchange, within 90 days of purchase. Simply return the product to us in its original condition accompanied by the bill of sale.

Seasonal product will be accepted for return/refund within
30 days only.

Special Orders

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom or special order items. We cannot accept returns of special order and/or non-stock items.

Clearance / Final Sale Items

Final sale - no return, no refund.
